I love Smoothies

I’m enjoying juicing and smoothies. Here is a recipe that Sheri sent me:

Avocado Blueberry Smoothie

One whole avocado, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup low fat milk (I use vanilla almond milk)
1/2 cup ice
2 Tbps. honey

Blend in blender and enjoy!  The avocado and the chemical that makes the blueberries blue are the real belly fat eaters!
